Unfuck your Habitat:You're Better Than Your Mess
It's an easy read and is geared towards people that actually live in their homes and not one of those organizational books that tries to get your home looking like a magazine ad.
I found it very useful and insightful. I checked out a copy from the local library. There are only a handful of checklists but you can find a lot of information via their website:
